Very nice stay, no complaints whatsoever. Clean place with amazingly efficient and knowledgeable staff. Magnificent location to the town area with views of the mountains. Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast.

Well cleaned and bright unit with balcony, nice staff. Unbeatable location in Chang Moi district very close to the night bazaar or old town, to the bridges crossing the river to get into the main parts of Chiang Mai and all the markets. Also, close to everything.

This hotel is so worthy for the price , clean and quite , though it's a bit far from The Old City. However it could be sorted out by renting motorbike or something . Staffs are very friendly and helpful which makes we feel like at home.Would defintely recommand this hotel to friends and stay again.

They wanted to charge me 25% of room cost if I check out one hour late (charges apply from 1pm onwards). As a frequent business traveller to Chiang Mai, who has been staying at their not in-expensive Suite for 4 nights and who doesn't want to waste one hour having to hang around somewhere waiting for my flight, I find that this attitude really sucks. If they want to lose a customer for something like that, then so be it, I will not stay there again. And, by the way, the choice of breakfast is absurd, particularly for someone who tries to eat reasonably healthy.

The room was brand new and spotless, creating a romantic ambiance. the location was quiet and magnificent, with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. the market and night market were conveniently located right next door.

Room was big and clean.

Bed was hard, pillow was lumpy and aircon was noisy. Live music noise from next door hotel was awful. Girl at reception was a bit loud and aggressive.

Relatively new with modern Thai style. Good sized room where everything worked. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location in quiet location but walkable to main area of city. Cooked to order breakfast with good choices. Excellent value for the money.

While we had front facing room, those on the back might not have any view but just look into a wall with vines.

The location is incredible, so close to the main areas, the riverside with plenty of restaurants and bars, and the Night Bazaar. the hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. It is convenient being close to the train station.
